Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep forms, booking and chat working and to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your enquiry, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Email and SMS consent (CASL)
We follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send commercial email and SMS messages with your consent. Each client is responsible for having consent to contact their own customers. We keep this information confidential and do not use it for our own marketing.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our platform and deliver our services (such as hosting, phone, text and email delivery, and payment processing), and when required by law. Our service providers must protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
Storage outside Canada
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of that country. You can contact our Privacy Officer for more information about our use of service providers outside Canada.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information, including secure systems, password protection and limiting access to people who need it to do their work.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. When you end your service with us, we delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights and choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent for marketing messages.
